When you join the Ojas waitlist, we collect your name, email, phone number, monthly budget preference, who you’re seeking care for, LinkedIn profile, and your reason for applying to the founding cohort. We record your consent and application date.
We use these details to manage the waitlist, understand family needs, and contact you about availability, pricing and enrollment. Joining does not enroll your parents in care or require payment. Please do not submit medical records through this form.
Your application is stored in our encrypted Ojas application records and is available to authorised members of our team through the shared Amrita and Ojas dashboard. Vercel hosts this website and Supabase provides application storage. These providers may process information outside your country. Our website also processes a hashed network identifier briefly to limit abusive submissions.
The demo uses fictional records. Chat questions and recent conversation context are sent to Groq to generate a response. Please do not enter personal or medical information. Chat history is held in your browser’s page memory and clears when you reset or reload the demo. We do not save the chat to our application database. A hashed network identifier is used for short-lived rate limiting; hosting and AI providers may process operational logs under their own policies.
You can withdraw from the waitlist, request a correction, or ask us to delete your application by replying to an Ojas follow-up or contacting the team through the existing Amrita WhatsApp conversation. We retain waitlist information while managing your application unless you request deletion, subject to any required legal retention.
We do not sell your waitlist information. Any future sharing of parents’ health information will require appropriate permission separately.
